The Duke of Wellington statue situated outside Glasgows Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) is one of Scotlands most iconic landmarks. Since the 1980's he has regularly been adorned with a traffic cone hat, despite numerous effort of the city council to stop this. Banksy declared the statue his favoutite in the UK for this regular act of defiance!
