Glasgow Barrowland
Glasgow Barrowlands, or The Barrowland Ballroom first opened its doors in 1934 in the East End of Glasgow and was originally built as a dance hall.
Following a fire in the late 1950's it was rebuilt and designed with excellent acoustics and a sprung dance floor . It has survived to become renowned as a world famous concert venue with many of the best known bands in the world having played there and talking of the electric atmosphere and its rustic charm.
